Grab Buckets

HEBENKRAFT manufactures Grabs as per German design. Four rope operated grab bucket cranes are designed & manufactured by HEBENKRAFT to handle material with bulk densities which cannot be handled with a ‘C’ hook. These Grab buckets can handle material like hot wet slag from slag pit or iron ore pellets in steel plants, cement clinkers in cement plants, rock & super phosphate in fertilizer plants and coal in power plants. The weight and MOC of an empty grab bucket differs with another grab bucket of similar volumetric capacity in terms of type and density of the material to be handled. Till date HEBENKRAFT has designed & manufactured Grab buckets up to 14 cubic meter capacity.

HEBENKRAFT Grab buckets are fabricated, stress relived and machined in a single setting on horizontal boring machine with high precision. The scoop of the bucket undergoes hard facing in welding with special electrodes for it to take care of the friction co-efficient when the material rubs and cuts through the scoop surface very harshly while getting collected and lifted. HEBENKRAFT Grabs provide complete quality to perform efficiently in carrying out the most rugged operations in coal, iron ore or cement clinker handling. It also provides a long life to the bucket. HEBENKRAFT Grabs are at par with design based on German technology.
