Aluminum Slab Handling Crane – Maharashtra

HEBENKRAFT’s Double Girder EOT Crane, specifically designed for efficient aluminum slab handling, is successfully installed at a leading aluminum manufacturing plant in the Taloja Industrial Area, Maharashtra. The crane ensures smooth, safe, and efficient material movement within the facility.

15 Ton × 38 Meter Span Circular Electromagnet Crane – Odisha

HEBENKRAFT designed, manufactured, and supplied a 15 Ton × 38 Meter Span Double Girder EOT Circular Electromagnet Crane for a semi-government steel plant at Duburi, Odisha. The crane was developed for efficient pig casting handling and wagon loading operations, enabling safe and reliable transfer of pig cast materials to storage yards.

Equipped with a high-performance circular electromagnet, the crane ensures fast, secure, and efficient handling of pig castings under demanding steel plant operating conditions. The design and drawing approvals, along with the final inspection, were conducted by MECON, Ranchi, a reputed third-party inspection agency.

HEBENKRAFT has also supplied similar heavy-duty circular electromagnet cranes to Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) for their Rourkela and Burnpur Steel Plants, demonstrating strong expertise in magnet crane solutions for steel industry applications.
