100 Ton x 17.5 m Gantry Crane with I-Casting Girder Launching System

HEBENKRAFT designed, manufactured, and supplied a 100 Ton × 17.5 m Gantry Crane with an integrated I-Casting Girder Launching System for M/s Amrutha Constructions Pvt. Ltd., Karnataka (2024). The scope of supply included a 100 Ton gantry crane, a spreader beam for lifting I-casting girders, two separate 50 + 50 MT I-girder casting transport trolleys, two auto-launching trolleys, two hoisting trolleys, and associated structural trusses.

The launching operation was successfully executed at Hosadurga, Karnataka, across a river span of approximately 1 km. The system was designed to ensure safe and controlled movement of girders from the casting yard to the launching position. Girders were first lifted using the gantry crane and spreader beam, transferred via transport trolleys, and then positioned accurately using auto-launching and hoisting trolleys, enabling precise placement over the river span. The entire launching process was carried out smoothly, ensuring alignment accuracy, operational safety, and efficiency throughout the bridge construction project
