Electric Hoists & Winches

HEBENKRAFT has designed, manufactured and supplied Electric Hoists for Steel plants and Cement plants for class III & IV duty as per IS - 3938. The Hoist design is rugged and suitable for heavy duty applications. The company has also supplied under slung heavy duty hoist for infrastructure projects up to 100 MT capacities.

HEBENKRAFT has designed, manufactured and supplied Electric Winches to Steel plants, Cement plants and Infrastructure projects. Electric winch machines are used for hauling and lifting load applications. Winches have been offered to cement plants with lifting height of 150 meters.

10MT + 10TMT Double drum electric winch manufactured & supplied by HEBENKRAFT for a steel plant based in Barbil, Orissa. 

50MT slipway winch supplied by HEBENKRAFT for Gopalpur project. This winch had two different capacities with gear changing mechanism and also had a trapezoidal rope guide shaft mechanism with rollers to guide the rope and to prevent it from coming out of the drum span.

HEBENKRAFT supplied 13 MT × 2 electric winches for Ultratech Cement Ltd., Rajula, Gujarat

HEBENKRAFT designed, manufactured, and supplied a 10 MT electric winch to Ultratech Kukurdih Cement Works, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, featuring a special pawl-and-ratchet mechanism integrated into the rope drum flanges to provide a double-protection load-holding system.
