Launching Systems for Pre-Cast Girders Type IV
For Segmental Launching HEBENKRAFT provided a 200MT fabricated Launching truss with segment holding trolleys on the top of the truss. The company has supplied Launching Truss with Segment Holding Trolleys on the top. With the help of a heavy duty under-slung electric hoist the segments are lifted and fed to the trolleys which hold the segments with wire ropes. Cable stressing, gluing, fixing, dry matching is done at site. Finally cable staying is done to complete a particular span length. After completion of each segmental span, the truss moves forward to execute the next consecutive span in the launching chain.
